End of season/ beginning of season maintenance

I live in Northeast Florida, so not much goes into ?winterizing? a boat since temperatures don?t routinely get that low. Also unlike a lot of other places, our boating season could potentially be all year, but the season with the most use is obviously Summer and Spring. That being said, I?m wanting to get myself on a good maintenance schedule for each year for when Summer ends and the weather does turn cooler and boating will be less frequent (not completely over). Does this list look pretty accurate, can anyone chime in on if I?m missing something?

End of season/ Pre-season Maintenance:
-Check and replace (if needed) Impeller
-Lower Unit Fluid
-Grease prop shaft & check seal
-Zinc Anodes
-Spark Plugs
-Grease/Check Cables
-Fuel Filter
-Check Power Trim Fluid
-De-Carb
-Compression Check (Before & After Decarb)

Assuming we're talking I/O here, the actual maintenance requirements are a lot more than you list :(
Get hold of a maintenance schedule for your particular engine/drive
The most obvious one missing from your list is oil/filter change! ( there are lots more missing !!)

Are you really replacing plugs yearly?

Do you have an inclusive list that you would recommend?

Why change plugs yearly??? Sounds like a waste of money! By all means check them.......if the electrode is questionable then replace them.

Sorry, I should have made this more clear. It is a '99 Johnson 115 V4 Looper. So luckily none of the I/O issues (oil changes, filters, belts, bellows etc.) I'm just wanting to make sure I have a pretty good grasp on what should be done to maintain an outboard pre/post season.
thanks for the replies guys

Easier here where many do not put boats away for the winter-- we fish/boat year round. So,,, the Yamaha electronics tell us when a 100 hr or 200 hr service is do and we do it.
