Emergency kill switch options on 1980 70hp Evinrude

I don't have an emergency kill lanyard/clip on my old Evinrude. I usually boat with my kids so it is fairly important to me to get one put on. The control doesn't seem to have ever had one of these on the key switch.

This is a remote controlled 70hp on a 1987 Glasstream 15ft bass boat.

What is my best option here in case I take a swim while the boat is underway?

We always wear pfd's and my older kids have been briefed on how to handle such an emergency, but obviously I need a better plan than that.

Find / install a kill switch from a newer control box.------Or find one from say a 9.9 / 15 HP.-------Or hurry to a boat shop and order a universal one.----Most boat shops will help you.-----You need a switch that closes to stop the motor.
