Bought a Elgin Model 28 through e-bay because it's electric start. I have a Johnson 9.5hp that runs good, but I can't pull start it because of physical problems. The motor I've got coming is from a salvage comp. and I plan on trying to make it work but don't know where to find Info. on getting it together. Have pictures of the Elgin. Would be very thankful for any Help.
