2001 PolarBay Series. Has two batteries and a ProSport Series Heavy Duty Recreational Marine Battery Charger. Last season I replaced one of the batteries, the other seemed good. They both test fine. The boat starts without any issues (battery dial on "both"). However the electronics mentioned do not work. No power pole, GPS or radio power. When we finished boating we checked the batteries, the second battery was dead. We were running the boat with the battery dial on both. Should I do that? Would this drain the good battery? Later ran the ProSport Battery Charger through it's system and it didn't indicate any issues. It completed it's check and now is in "maintain." But no power. Is anyone familiar with this system? Anyone know if this could be a fuse and where the fuse would be? Could use advice on what setting for running with the batteries. I have only had the boat less than a year. Does anyone have a photo of the switch panel? I can't find one online and the switches no longer can be read. Need advice.

Check fuses and Battery switch. My guess is there is a bad connection. Might remove and clean up all the cable ends

You should not use BOTH unless you need it to start the motor. Leave it on Start Bat (probably 1) and use the Bat charger to charge Bat 2 when you get back home.

If your motor has a larger enough alternator you could install a ACR to charge both Bats when motor is running

What test did you run to determine the batteries where "fine".
A simple voltage test tells you nothing. You must load test to determine condition.
