Electronic chum line??

Chum is an accepted fishing practice. At least in most all salt waters. Are electronic calls legal and being used. Say an amplifer and under water speaker. <br />Thanks,<br />Fitz.

yes thay are .one that i have heard about is called a mako magnet. its used for shark fishing over here in oz there is allso ones designed for marlin and tuna . check out at www.tailoredmarine.com they are pretty dear though i cant justify the expense

Here is one I had as a kid.<br /> Fish Call <br />and same thing, another one<br /> Another One <br /><br />made noise, had a light, could add food pellets.<br />I might buy one for nostalgia sake

Down here in the south I would think you would have better luck with Lynrd Skynrd.

yes they are legal, one that came out recently is called the tuna magnet. It is supposed to attract the fish, but ive never used one myself.
