Electrical Panel Issues

Hi Folks,
A newbie here with an electric panel question. I can't get my boat to power up any devices while on shore power other than the battery charger and the microwave. While on battery power I get cabin lights and all the other fixtures seem to come on. Am I missing something?? Could there be another switch/ fuse that I have to turn on or a blown fuse that would need to be changed?

What boat? Are you turning on the battery switch when on shore power? Shore power only runs the 110 volt systems. The 12 volt should work either way.

Does your boat have everything work only when the ignition switch is on or in the acc position?
