Electrical Diagram for 1970 60hp

Is there a website that I can see what the wiring diagram is for my 1970 Evinrude? I think my wiring is set up wrong at the ignition and or electric shift controls. When I turn the key to "start" the starter does not go, but the automatic choke opens (Without operating the choke switch!).

No idea, sounds like ignition switch is wired wrong but I'd get the factory manual and see.
