Electric shift or not?

What year did Evinrude stop with the Electric Shift? make sure they are the same type of electric shift. There was Selectric, and then there was Hydroelectric. The hydroelectric had a "through prop" exhaust. BTW, the unit on Ebay that you are looking at, is manual shift.

That gearcase on E-Bay will not fit any v-4, v-6.

yes, wont work,I think 1972 was last year for hydroelectric shift. and I believe it was started in 1970.
