Electric Motor Speed Control and Direction Part

This is on a small electric gill getter pontoon boat. The part is what I believe is a speed control / relay module. It is connected to an on-off-on rocker switch controlling forward and reverse. It is also connected to a rheostat or speed control knob which controls the speed of the boat. The two green wires are connected to the battery and motor I believe (maybe inline on the positive wire to the motor?). The motor is manufactured by Lenco / Motorguide I believe, part of the Troll N' Tab kit. The whole forward/reverse and speed control setup is custom I think.

I am looking to get a replacement, and I at least want to track down the generic part name.

The trim and motor speed controls are not Lenco, and appear to be aftermarket, possibly something that Gillgetter or the original dealer rigged up...

Is there a link to the website of your screenshot? I might be able to track down something by browsing that site.
