Electric Fuel Tank Solenoid

Want to add a fuel tank solenoid valve. To meet USCG requirements it must have a manual override. Parker use to make one (no longer) but it only have a 5/16 port (I need 3/8) and was used a lot on Searay's.

Found a place in the UK that makes one, but does not list USCG cert (and why would it).
