PFDs are so over rated, you'll have plenty of time to put one on if something goes wrong.:rolleyes:

Looks like the only thing keeping that hull afloat is trapped air underneath. Probably saturated floatation.

One guy is waving toward the camera, the other guy is waving the other direction.

second reaction- no pfd's, really lucky they were able to stay with the boat.

3rd reaction- who reported the capsized vessel, but didn't render aid?

These guys are not the warmest burgers under the heat lamp... PFDs are a good idea for ocean going vessels due to unpredictable conditions. But hey, our tax $$ will fix em up right?
