I have a 2009 20 hp Tohatsu on a tritoon. The only use this outboard will get is pushing the boat from ramp to dock...50 yds and then a return trip 6 weeks later to the ramp. The boat has no gauges. There are BLK,Red, Green and White wires coming from the throttle that I think were for various gages that are no longer needed. Can I hook up outboard to battery and operate it normally if I don't hook up wires...can I operate this outboard without using them? Thank you!
