EasyTroller fell apart, parts available?

My EasyTroller fell apart. One of the aluminum tabs that are swaged onto the flexible plate fell off.
I haven't used it much and now its pretty much usless. It did work when I did use it though.
Anyone know if they sell parts for these things?
Since this plate has had so little use I would be inclined to say it may not be made to last.

You've got their phone# right there, give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Most of the things I've heard about trolling plates is that they're a lot more trouble than they're worth, and they usually get broken in one way or another... and it doesn't take long to happen.

Trolling with the big motor is about the last option IMO, it's not really worth it with the fuel consumption, fouled plugs, noise, fumes, and accelerated maintenance schedule.

I need to update this thread.
Ironwood Pacific is going to replace the part at no cost.
And although my plate has only been used a few times they didn't ask how old it was or when and where I bought it ect.
The part is on its way and I will be trolling again soon. That is solid customer service.
