E6RCCS broken part 395883 or 395937

Video will show what is broken. I just picked up this motor for cheap. I wanted to put it on the little 14 foot boat at my parents pond. This piece was broken when I bought it. Part is between 119 and 265 bucks on ebay (Yikes). Any alternatives to repair it? I found the little part that broke off down in the motor as well.

suggestion if this cam is the split version with the adjusting screw pushing a flexing section at the high speed end of the travel ....your Video seems to show a diff. cam compared to the parts list ?? can you post a pic of the broken part

check closely on the cam pushing the cam follower on the carb... that screw seems.... backwards compared to the parts list anyway.... and..... the adjustable flexing half part sometimes breaks off after to much adjustments or flexing.

check where the cam follower drops down at the high speed section of the cam ... look for a broken plastic

if above is the case....u needs a new cam or Mcgiver something to fix the cam by plastic welding a new section onto it


btw cam follower roller doesn't look to good,,,,,
