Looking for some help. While driving boat for a few minutes my 1998 Evinrude controls was making a buzzing noise. Everything that I have read states that this is a over heating siren. The motor was peeing (lack of a better word) and the water coming out was very hot. So I turned the motor off and started it up again and the siren would go away for a while then back on. I'm looking for some help on where to start diagnosing and fixing the problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
