I don't think I have to worry about that around here ... the resident elephants here tend to be more shy about bathing in public.

no worry m8t our Animals in the bush are well behaved , they even have manners to , they don't bathe naked they wear swim suits ,have a look , some of them gonna eat you up if you dont feed them or if you make them angry ,[ like any wife gets angry if you upset her ], so i dont blame the animals for eating you if you gonna get in the way ,,,,..... what a laugh for the day m8t , have a good time out on the water , cheers

Beautiful!!!! We get these. Not quite as impressive as elephants perhaps, but still cool critters. The animals are my favorite reason for hitting the water these days. I hardly even fish anymore, and when I do, I throw 'em all back.

btw, the cop is 6' 5'' (over 2 meters tall) The gator was 12'+ and was fond of deer......whole deer :) Gotta love it when the critters can bite back. Reminds us we're still part of the food chain. Keeps you on your toes!

Good 'ol Goliath Grouper (a.k.a. Jew Fish), I believe. They're big all right. We're not allowed to take them out of the water here in FL. They were very endangered for a while, but seem to be making a pretty good comeback. Although, I don't keep any fish anymore. I just let 'em all go, especially the big females. Better to fight another day and make babies.

good on you kfa , you make a good sports man by letting the fish back into the water , the wost fisherman ive ever come across is some Asian & Indians they have no respect for the sea , ive seen them take fish out the sea no matter how big it is , if i see one doing that i all ways report them to fisheries officers ,

The best place for your gun , is on the wall as a show piece or in the museum : in my grandfarthers youth they used to hunt ellephant , now days its a no , no. we have a big problem with poachers at the moment , goverment has got the army involved cause the poachers use Ak47 MCHINEGUNS ,& they shoot any one that trys to stop them from poaching , so the game rangers are armed & the army helping to stop this ,have a look what they do to get the horn off & sell it on the black market , to asians for thousands of dlrs , the asians make herbal medicine , witch is alot of crap ,\.

Re: Durban nearly crashed into...........this

I hear you Durban. Don't get me started on all of the various "Traditional Chinese" remedies. It breaks my heart and it's just plain non-sense. Shoot we even have Viagra and the like now days that work perfectly, not need for all of this crazy stuff. Big problem hear in the States with folks poacher bears and taking their gal bladders to be sold on the Asian market while they leave the rest of the carcass to rot, and lets not forget good 'ol shark fining, long lining, gill netting, etc.... :/ These are all reasons I had to just go veggie all together. I read an article the other day the one subspeices of the White rhino was just declared extinct :( Man can be so cruel. We just have to hope the young people will be aware of what's going on and not go for the same "remedies" as their folks.
