Dual carbs to EFI swaps?

I hate carbs...are there any fuel injection kit's available through the aftermarket for the volvo 4 cylinder? We have the AQ130D which has dual carbs on it right now.

This would be in a '77 16' Bayliner.

I did do a search but came up dry.
