DT65 1994 won't run wide open

My DT65 won't open all the way up. Seems like it is lacking either air or fuel as the throttle becomes 2/3s open or more. Makes that deep or open throat sound.<br /><br />The throttle position sensor had been bad and is now working and appears to be properly adjusted.<br /><br />Before i rebuild the carbs what are the other possible culprits?

Try pumping the fuel bulb and see if that helps, if so it would be the fuel pump. If not that its probably the carbs need cleaning. Also check that the venting system on the fuel tank is open and operating correctly.
