dt55 no crank crank

i got a dt55 suzuki been sitting for about 3 years boat has low hours. lots of spark but no crank. Any suggestions maybe carb clean out. the boat set full of fuel for three years i am thinking jets are stuck on the high side.

I would drain and clean the tank , replace the fuel lines, clean the filler, fuel pump, and clean the carbs real good. Residue left in the lines,pump,filter, etc will get into the cleaned carbs if you do not clean it all up.

No use trying to work on fuel if the compression is bad, so it Would be a good idea to check compression on all cylinders as there may be some rust from not being fogged properly for long term storage, and hope real hard that there is not any rust pits on the crank and bearings.

compression over 125 or so basicly a new motor just been sitting acually i think it was 136 on the comp
