I would drain and clean the tank , replace the fuel lines, clean the filler, fuel pump, and clean the carbs real good. Residue left in the lines,pump,filter, etc will get into the cleaned carbs if you do not clean it all up.
No use trying to work on fuel if the compression is bad, so it Would be a good idea to check compression on all cylinders as there may be some rust from not being fogged properly for long term storage, and hope real hard that there is not any rust pits on the crank and bearings.
