DT40 Loss of Power and Dies

I have a Suzuki DT 40 that's the best driveway motor ever! Runs great until I put it in the water. Once in the water it will run perfect for a good 10-15 minutes then slowly I can feel the power dissipate. If I pull back on the throttle, I will not be able to regain any power, then it will eventually drop off completely. Then it wont start up for another 2 hours or so. (Which is ok if the fish are biting!) Any advice would be great. Changed all fuel lines/ filter/ pump/ plugs so far.

need to monitor fuel pressure/Vacuum, spark,timing to see what is going one when it will not start or looses power
