end of year for me and wanna have a look at the brakes on the trailer, there drum brakes, is it just a case of taking the castle nut off, pulling the outer bearing and then pulling the outside part of the drum off, cause it seems kinda stuck???? am i missing a bolt or something i have to undo from the back??????

thanks

my guess is because its hard too get off is there still tight from being new yet ,you may have to adjust them down to get the drums off if they are this new i would not worry with them

Re: drum brake assembly

After two years of use, a small ridge builds up at the outer lip of the brake drum. The brake shoes catch on this ridge when you try to pull the hub and drum off. Loosen the brake adjustment a little, or try rocking the wheel back & forth as you pull toward you. Should come off. There are no hidden bolts.
