Dropping the lower unit on a 2004 T50

I need to replace the impeller in a T50.
So, 3 questions.
1 Where do I disconnect the shifter linkage?
2 Are there any other surprises that need to be undone before the unit drops?
3 Where can I find a good exploded view of the BOM?
