Drop Test?

Just curious if there are certain motors...2 stroke or 4 stroke that a cylinder drop test is not recommended? Thanks

Your best bet would be to either ask about a certain motor, or look at a service manual. I really couldn't imagine anyone that would know the answer to a question like that without checking every manual and service bulletin from Merc.
