towed the old barge home and noticed drive lube leaking out of weep hole in lower unit.. not a good sign.. pulled drive and pressure tested.. didn't hold pressure and could hear air leaking out around shaft..

separated upper and lower and pressure testing lower.. air is leaking out around the lower shift shaft bushing..

i am guessing that needs to be replaced. seems like a pretty straight forward job.. anything I need to keep i mind when doing this?

Thanks..

Happy Boating..
