Hi,

Is there any tips or tricks to keep your boat drifting the way you want it to?

I like to have my fishing lines going off the stern but 10 mins into the drift, the boat swings to the port.

Thanks,
Lou

You could try using a drift sock off of your stern. The drag should help keep the bow pointed downwind.

I looks something like a cross between an underwater parachute and a windsock, with the opening under 24".

It usually drags just below the surface, close to the boat.

It's drag will slow down the boat's wind drift, but in your case, if tied of the stern, should help keep the bow pointed downwind.

Cabelas and others have them for around $25.

I agree, I use a drift sock (also called sea anchor) to slow my drift as well as control boat swing. They also use them to slow troll and such. Cabellas and Bass pro catalogues sell them as do many other places.
