Double Props Pro/Cons

I am looking at a Wellcraft 19' with a V6 to purchase. It has a 'double prop'.. two props on one lower unit shaft. What are the pros and cons of this. I have never seen this setup before.<br />Thanks

spdms02,<br /><br />In my opinion, there are no cons, except the price of the prop sets.<br /><br />The prices will come down once the OEM's get some prop. competition from the aftermarket.<br /><br />If you run the same boat, one with dual prop and one without, you'll choose the dual prop. every time.
