The winch set up looks great, the gelcoat damage may have accured before the new bow roller. Too much pressure on that bow eye, you shouldn't need to crank up that tight, just snug once bow hits the stop.

The only thing I would add is a safety chain just in case of a strap failure!

Good idea with the safety chain.

You might want to trim the pin striping back a little, out of harm's way. Most likely there is no point putting new pin striping for the last few inches at the front of the bow. It will just get damaged again.

Looks like you need to adjust up the assembly that has the winch on it. Once you do that, you will need to move the whole winch stand forward to compensate so that the boat sits the same place forward on the trailer. A lot also depends on if the strap rubs the support as well when you bring in your boat which would not allow you to raise it up anymore.

My stripes get beat up the same way as yours.
