Doral 270sc 1998 need info on max passengers

Hello this is my first post here.
I just bought a 270 Doral and it doesn't have the label or tag indicating the max passengers and weight. It is usually located just below the shifter on most of other boats that I have owned.
Would there happen to be someone out there that has a similar boat that could help me with this information.
***It might be even illegal not to have one ?????****

I don't believe capacity plates are required on boats over 23'. In vessels of that size, the skipper needs to do some calculations. On a boat like yours I think the general rules is length x width (in feet) divided by 15.

I have a 270. The manual states 8 people.

The 250 is 8 I’m sure, but the one I know with a 5.7 VP 320hp motor is fine most times...but have a few people sitting at the rear and lots of fuel...feels heavy.
