Don't see it in the ADULTS ONLY section

Don, or anyone else, I don't see a service manual for the 4.3 V6 2001-newer. The only one I see there is the one up to '97 with balance shaft. Either I am blind or it's hidden elsewhere. Found the aplha1 GenII stuff though, thanks!

Any tips where I can find the non MPI manual for my engine?

For the main engine information, ignition and fuel, you use manual #25. for exhaust and cooling you need manual #37 Dry Joint Exhaust System manual
Then, if you have the TKS carb system you need manual number 41.

37 and 41 are not online yet.

Nevermind, I just read the last line of your post, NON MPI.....

Is manual #32 not what you are looking for? I have a 07 4.3 MPI and that is what I have. I could have the wrong manual though. Shoot, Don would know so I guess I have the wrong one.

32 is correct if you have an MPI engine, but the OP has a carbed engine. 2 different animals.

Phew, quite a mix. I started to grab the pre-2001 manual as most of it appears to be similar to mine. I do have the TKS carb though, so looks like I'll be waiting a bit...although grabbing all those sections is gonna take a while anyhow.

What's so special about the TKS carb anyhow?
