I saw this on the TV yesterday. This actually happened back in January and she was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

It happened early on New Year's Day. Police say Melodi Dushane was angry that McNuggets weren't being served, because it was breakfast time.

Dushane says she was drunk at the time.

So did they also charge her with drunk driving? Sounds like she admitted it and they have video evidence of her driving away ....

Out here you have to be on a public road to be charged with DWI.
They can't get you on private property unless the owner said that you were trespassing.
