Just a heads up, get your flea and tick prevention in gear. Never seen so many ticks as this spring due to the warm winter and early spring. If you are out and about in tall grass or wooded areas make certain you check yourself too. Lyme desease is no laughing matter!

Yup time to give the kids and the dog a buzz cut so I can keep an eye on that. we had a bad season couple years ago can't wait to see what this year is going to be like. I hope it isn't so bad I have to put restrictions on our camping season.

Lucky for the dogs, about two weeks ago a tick showed on me, they got their meds right then and there.

Couple of years ago I watched a relatives dog for a couple of week while they were on vacation.
I have 2 myself. we got hit with a bad flea infestation. The person watching the others house said they have bugs everywhere. The fleas were everywhere. We just coudn't break that cycle.
The whole process was about 2 1/2 months to take care of it. Shampooing, washing vacuuming everything, Even the dogs. Also sprayed the front yard, backyard, driveway and sides of the house.

Now I treat with Frontline and seems to be holding off the fleas.
