doesn't throttle up in gear

1992 mercury, 75 horse, serial #0d165408.
Idles good, takes off good, runs good,as I increase throttle the rpms go up but the boat doesn't increase in speed,
I'v replaced the prop hub and checked for proper prop size,
If I squeeze the bulb 5 or 6 times and hold it tight I will get just a little bit of gas coming out from behind the fuel pump and the block. Also, if I squeeze the bulb while I'm increasing the throttle the boat seems to want to take off finally, What is all this trying to tell me? My 1st O/B.
compression is good, 135-128-125.
mix is at 50-1

if you leaking gas, between the fuel pump and block, you need to rebuild first. and eliminate that problem, if it leaks gas it sucks air.

is your propeller under the boat right ??? meaning the shaft lenght right
