Hey Merc vets please help by loking at this pic.
This is my first water pump replacement on my '76 850 thunderbolt. The manual says I need shimming if there is a one piece driveshaft bearing. It looks like two pieces to me. I didn't see any shims when I took it apart.
Also as a side note I see a couple of rollers have chips. I know they should be replaced but it spins freely and I'm afraid to take more apart. Any thoughts? Thanks all
