Does something exist to change angle of exhaust elbow and tube on a current/newer 3.0l mercruiser sterndrive?
Long story short are there any options for changing the route of the exhaust elbow and therefore tube connecting to the transom assembly so as to fit better in the engine compartment. The standard 3.0l exhaust routing has the elbow going out to port at a 45 degree angle from the intake/exhaust manifold towards the stern the older 3.0l engines had the elbow going straight aft which fit in the original area but the new style routing won't.
Anybody know of any solutions beside major glasswork?
Don't really think putting the only style manifold on would great nor would the old style exhaust tube seal on the new style transom assembly .
I appreciate your consideration

there is no such thing as "standard"

however if you are mixing vintages of motors and y-pipes, you have to be careful.

post pictures of what you have.

be specific about vintage of components.
