Does premixing gas 50:1 hurt plugs or anything else?

I recently bought a 1998 Suzuki 140 2-Stroke EFI. I am trouble shooting the oil light and buzzer that come on at high rmps. I think I found the problem. I cleaned out the oil res and filtered the oil it was gelled at the bottom. I cleaned out all the lines. I also cleaned the screen in the pressure switch. I am going to run the motor and bleed the pump. I am going to premix the gas 50:1.
1. Should I do anything else to clean the oil system?
2. Should I put in old plugs? Does the 50:1 plus the oil injection foul the plugs or cause any other problems?
3. I am a moron and I blew out the check valve with an air hose before I knew what it was to clean it out. I thought it was some kind of filter. I did blow in the right direction with the flow. Did this hurt it? Should I replace it? I did blow with my mouth opposite of the flow and it did not allow the air to pass.

check the oil filter screen assy, if its clogged and flow is restricted it triggers the low flow alarm.
50 to 1 in addition to the injection wont hurt anything,in fact its reccomended when testing the oil system.
once your done mark the oil tank and continue running the 50-1 mix until oil consumption is verified.

My oil filter-sensor has wierd epoxy stuff over the screw heads previnting me from cleaning it. I blew it out and went for a ride every thing was good until I hit some good waves the alarm started going off only above 5000 rpms. I think the rough water might have knocked the gelled oil around in the filter and stuffed it up again. Maybee? Anyway I ordered a new filter-senser. That sucks they epoxy the screws my 92 140 was not like that.
Any input on the check valves? Thanks
