Does coil DVA voltage go down at higher rpm?

I have about 200 volts at idle but goes down to 40 volts at higher rpm.. is that normal??

there are 2 different charge coils, a low speed and a high speed.
spec show a minimum peak voltage.

I have no idea if the low speed charge coil will show lower voltage at higher RPM or not.
I have never tryed to measure that as the high speed should furnish the voltage for high speed

the high speed voltage to the coils went to 40v at 3000 rpm.. blk/wht on each coil wire to ground.
