I might be into a CL trade for some guns. Can't seem to find much info really. Seems to be in great shape. Wondering about resale too, are trihulls less desirable generally? Pros/ Cons? any help would be greatly appreciated. I've lurked around here, as I've paddled my canoe around dreaming of motor transport. Inherited some guns from my dad , and hoping to turn them into a boat. But I want the right boat, not a lemon and this one has some yellow around the edges. :) bhma3.jpgbhma2.jpg

Well, it initially looks to a very good condition. However, there are two issues as I see it. (1) Possible waterlogged flotation, the bane of just about any older fiberglass boat. (2) The older outdrive may not be much fun come service time. Best of luck.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Trihulls are very sable on flat water, but beat ya silly in rough water,.....
My concern would be the motor/ drive, bein' the ole B20 volvo motor, which is long outa production, 'n parts are as common as hen's teeth,....

I'd sell that one, 'n find yerself a Merc or Volvo, with a Chevy motor for yer keeper,.....

I'd hold out for CASH for the guns.

Then go boat shopping if thats what you want.

Old glass boats can be money pits, and servicing that motor and outdrive may be impossible.
