With a large percentage of Canada's population living within 20 miles of the U.S., you know some do. And many also purchase all their vehicles' gasoline in the U.S. too. And they also pop over the border anytime they're flying international, i.e. to Europe, etc.

Canadians are great people, but so many things are just so much cheaper in the U.S.

When I was working with the assembly plants in Windsor, I knew a number of people who kept checking accounts in Detroit banks.

I know a few guys who have them in Blaine for ship/receive purposes. I think its pretty easy to get one there given the amount of cross border shopping and shipping that goes on. I'd do a quick google search on Blaine for shipping depots, etc. :)
That said, a lot of these guys (out of Vancouver) just drive down on Saturday for a couple of hours and pick up their stuff.
I've been thinking of getting one myself but I'm not up to the task just yet and I'm not sure if I'd get one in Port Angeles instead...hmm;)
My two bits.
BP:)
