howster,<br /><br />I believe they may still be made, however for foreign markets only. The Mariner was just a rebadged Mercury.<br /><br />I believe they went away, in the US, in the mid nineties.

1999 was the last usa. sales year, they had black lower units and mid sections and gray cowlings. still sold over seas.

Evening Howster,<br />Mariners are still sold in Australia. My dealer says that it is a leftover deal from the days when Merc & Mariner were different motors. If you really want a Mariner I can get you one brand new in the box! Could cost a bit for freight though.<br />Regards,<br />Peter.
