Do outboard motors need registration in Florida

I bought a 35hp mercury ob in florida and need to register it in Texas. Is the bill of sale (which I have) all I need to satisfy the Texas requirements?

Texas Parks and Wildlife has the answer. You need to register the motor in Texas through them anyway.

Thanks, the link was helpful. Seems all that is needed is a bill of sale and title app form PWD143 for both boat & motor IF they're both purchased in Texas.
Form PWD 314 (Affidavit of Fact explaning exceptional circumstanse) is necessary in my case because the motor was purchased out of state.
