motor was running rough after warming up,so pulled plugs and found this. there not the same,is there an issue with the on cyclinder? these are from a 2000 9.9 4 stroke.I have had problems with what seems like a fuel problem( starts to struggle for fuel) pump ball and comes back up but not for long.

if your primer bulb is going soft you have an airleak or a fuel restriction. in my case it was a clogged screen in my fuel pick up tube...and cant see pics (ugh I hate the new format)
