do carb repair kits come with the spring for the check ball (float)...

my spring broke when removing my float (rebuilding carbs). its the spring that has the little plastic check ball and retainer in the float bowl. do the repair kits come with these springs? if not, i cannot find them the parts list them as NSS.

The carb is a WMH 1a off a 90 mercury 135. single bowl float

I don,t believe they come with a rebuild kit but may come with a new float otherwise try to find a cheap carb for spare parts on ebay

Depending on the kit you buy, I think.???
Do you have a reliable Merc dealer/repair shop near You?
The one near me is a god send.

yes in my area i have two mercury service departments. ive checked some sites online but none doesnt give a detail description or the photos dont really show much....

i think i may have found it....it has the metering spring and retainer....i think thats what it is....u can also see the small retainer clip thing (t-shaped) in the left hand side........

winterblues go to your local dealer and support them. they may be well worth for there knowledge.
