direction of front motor mounts moves alignment tool which direction?

fighting this one. We have moved the front mounts 3 full turns and not a big difference on the alignment tool. It feels close but there is a lot of unevenness on the alignment tool markings.


Moving the mounts up are giving us marks on the bottom but only a few on the top.

Are we moving the mounts in the wrong direction?

heavy spline marks on the botton and only a 1/2 on the tip of the tool for the top.


what is the direction of the mounts for equalizing the marks?

i would say your motor is tilted down

got it figured out after reading a post from doc, brian, and bondo.


once again thx for the site and everyones envolvment.

raised it 200's of an inch and it is pretty.

can't wait to take it out and break something else!!! This is starting to become a hobby that I like better then wakeboarding!
