Differences between 1997 and 1998 capri 2050LS

Looking at a couple boats to buy and noticed parts are different sometimes for these boats. Any negatives on the 4.3 Merc. motor on these?
Also, how much HP does the V6 have and is their only one V6?

The 4.3L V6 is a good, stout engine, and it should give decent, but not stellar, performance in this hull. That's the only gas V6 offered in boats any time recently, AFAIK. It produces between 180 and 220 HP, depending on the intake (2- or 4-barrel carb or fuel injection).
