What is the difference between these 2 models? Looking at buying a used '00 and looked at NADA... and they about a $2500 difference is price. Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.
2000 was a change over year for the 2655 & 2855 Cieras. There were left over 1999 1/2 hulls styles for both boats. Since were are talking about 2655 lets stay there. In 2000 the wide beam 2655 SD was introduced with 9'5" beam. There were 1999 1/2 8'6" beam 2655 LX's being sold as 2000 and had a hull ID # with a year 2000 designation.
(I owned a 1995 2655 8'6" beam for 12 years that boat was made from 1994-1999 1/2)
