Difference between '09 and '16 Tohatsu 9.8 4 stroke outboard

For Tohatsu outboards, the Seloc manual only goes up to 2009. Are there any differences between a 2009 and 2016 Tohatsu 9.8 4 stroke outboard?

Decals. Year means nothing; Model is everything. The 9.8A3 has been in production since before 2007. Forget the aftermarket manual -- get a real Factory service manual.
