Going to take a bit more information than that. Full model number, year, 4 stroke, 2 stroke, carb, EFI along with what exactly you are checking. Yamaha has dozens & dozens of test harnesses.
Best thing you could do is get the proper OEM service manual. It lists (by part number) the test harness you need for each test.
