df 115 2000 wont turn over

ive got the ignition wired in along with the tach that displays oil temp hours ect...i can hear the fuel pump but no starter sounds/any ideas?

Rik, you gotta give us more than that, we're not psychic. What is the history on this engine. Did it ever start, what did you do to it, when did it last run, is this the first starter problem you ever had, will the flywheel move, make model year, etc., etc.
