I'm new to boating and recently purchased a boat. Are there numbers somewhere on the prop to indicate what size it is or a measurement I can take? The boat came with 3 different props. We will be boating from about 4500'-8000' here in utah. Thanks........

My props have the 'size' on the outside of the hub. ex: 14.5 X 19.

normally, props will have numbers stamped on them or just have the diameter and ptich. for example, my quicksilver prop has number like this: 1234567-21P...the 21P is the pitch of the prop.

The props seem to be pretty old. I can't make out the numbers. Is there a measurement I can take to determine the size?

Not unless you own a pitch gauge...
Probably best to take to a prop-shop.
What engine are you running?
That altitude will eat an outboards performance, if that's what you have...there's a few cures to some of those issues though.
