Hi all! I am desperately searching for a gas cap for a 1999 Crownline 202 BO. I’ve tried an Atwood 1-1/2” that was too small then a local marina gave me another one that was 1-3/4” and that is too big!?Being a 1999 Crownline can not tell me anything about it. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated!

welcome aboard

gas caps are bought from companies like attwood and sea sense and moeller.

there are about 5 variations of each one by each company.

that means you need to match up what yours looked like with a new one and buy a replacement cap. that may take a while

you may be better off buying a whole fill assembly with a new cap for $30 and simply being done with it.

I have a 1992 Crownline 196BR, I ended up buying a new Moeller fuel filler neck. It came with a gas cap and key. Was only about $26 total. Worth it as I also was having a hell of a time finding a gas cap (when I bought it came with a different cap that didn't fit properly.
